Sold me a used code which was not redeemable and refused a refund.

Pre-ordered a game on this store, like two months before its release.

Then the website went under maintenance about two weeks before the game released, got no key when the game launched, and their website is still undergoing "maintenance" two more months later.

No answer from their support email adress.

Paid for my game, order has never been fulfilled and haven't been refunded. Website is now down but says its coming back soon.
Don't order if they do come back!!!

They took my money and send me NO KEY. Its been 5 days, they dont reply to emails or on facebook, just a scam website PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM UGSTORE!!!

I have tried two times to buy Assassin's Creed Liberation with Mastercard, got to the end of payment flow, but ended up with a payment error and the order was cancelled. When I see my bank account, the money was charged in the credit card. I have send 4 tickets e-mail but i haven't had an answer yet. Can I have your support, please? Thank you.

I didnt get the game right away because i bought it with "Sofort" but i wrote a message to the support and they answered me VERY FAST that i have to wait "some" days. I got the game on the next day already! Very Nice and fast support, and cheap games! Love it!

I ordered a Game ("Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen") on the Sunday (21.02.2016) at 16:20 ~ paid via "SofortÜberweisung" and then looked at my bankaccount - were it was "accepted the booking".. and so i waited.. monday evening at 21:31 i opened a ticket because i still got no key and just for check, i looked on the gameshop in the tab "my keys" and it still wasn't finished.. also checked my bankaccount where it said "sucessfully booked".. so i wrote a ticket and so i finally got my key on the 3rd day (around 15:15) so it took 'em around the ~47hrs to send me an "instant key" (the page said i would get it instant... but yeah..).. that's why i give them only 1star. (also no ticket answer or other stuff..atleast i got my key.. -.- )
